Content in the app and service
Kalfa RSVP provides tools for event management, invitations, RSVP, and seating. Text, images, and event details shown to end users are created or uploaded by our customers (event organizers) as part of using the service.
Ownership and licensing
- Customer content: Organizers are responsible for ensuring they own or have lawful permission to use all content they upload or display (including images, invitation copy, and logos). Kalfa RSVP does not claim ownership of that content.
- Platform: The Kalfa RSVP product UI, software, trademarks, and branding are owned by Kalfa RSVP or its licensors and are not licensed for use outside the service.
- Third parties: Trademarks and names of third-party services (e.g. payment or communications providers) belong to their respective owners.
License to operate the service
By using the service, the customer grants Kalfa RSVP a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to host, process, and display their content solely to provide, secure, and improve the service and to meet legal requirements.
Protected content & notices
If you believe content in the service infringes your rights, contact us by email. We will review notices in line with applicable law and our policies.
