How to request removal of your data from Kalfa RSVP

What data we store

When you connect an Instagram account to Kalfa RSVP, we store your Instagram user ID, username, profile picture, follower count, and OAuth access token. We also store any content (posts, captions, media references) created through our platform.

Option 1 — Remove access via Facebook

  1. Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
  2. Find Kalfa RSVP in the list
  3. Click Remove
  4. Facebook will automatically send a deletion request to us on your behalf

After removal, you will receive a confirmation code you can use to verify the deletion below.

Option 2 — Contact us directly

Send a deletion request to netanel.kalfa@kalfa.me with the subject Instagram Data Deletion Request. Include your Instagram username so we can locate and remove your data promptly.

What happens after your request

  • Your Instagram account connection is removed from our platform
  • All posts and content you created through Kalfa RSVP are deleted
  • Your OAuth access token is permanently revoked from our systems
  • You receive a confirmation code to verify the deletion was completed
